Every Lucidity wedding package is tailored to your venue, guest count and the atmosphere you want to create. Dove, Swan and Peahen give you three clear starting points, with increasing levels of planning support, styling detail, personalisation and visual impact.
The price ranges below are indicative for Nairobi weddings of 200 to 300 guests. If your guest count, location or production requirements differ, we will prepare a tailored quotation.

Your package price covers the agreed décor, Lucidity supplied rentals, fresh flower allocation, setup and dismantling within Nairobi. Imported or out of season flowers, specialist lighting, power, custom structures and venue specific production requirements are quoted separately.

Common questions about event planning packages
For weddings, we recommend booking three to six months in advance. Private celebrations should ideally be confirmed four to eight weeks before the date. Shorter timelines may be accommodated depending on availability and production requirements.
The booking deposit is stated in your quotation and is typically 50% of the agreed amount. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
Yes. The packages provide a clear starting point, but colours, selected décor elements and rental choices can be adapted to your event. Significant additions or upgrades may change the final price.
The final quotation is based on the confirmed guest count. A larger number may require additional tents, furniture, linens, décor and labour. We will explain any cost adjustment before making changes.
Yes. We plan and produce events across Kenya. Transport, crew accommodation and destination logistics are calculated according to the location and production requirements.
