Everything You Need To Know
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your event date to ensure availability of your preferred package and all required rentals. For weddings, 3–6 months lead time is ideal. That said, we do accommodate shorter timelines when possible, WhatsApp us and we’ll let you know quickly.
Yes. A 40–50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and other arrangements by agreement.
Definitely. Our listed packages are starting points, not rigid boxes. If you have 150 guests, a theme we’ve not listed, or a mix of needs, we create a bespoke quote. Just contact us and describe what you have in mind.
Yes. We cover events across Kenya, including the Coast, Rift Valley, and other regions. Destination weddings and safari events are a speciality. Transport costs for out-of-Nairobi events are quoted separately.
Catering, photography, videography, entertainment (DJ, MC, band), transport, accommodation, and any third-party services not listed are not included. We’re happy to recommend trusted vendors for all of these, and our higher-tier packages include vendor coordination so everything is seamlessly managed.
